Most rectifier tubes have 5 volt fils, so most transformers will be speced for a 5 volt winding, anything within 10 % is probably fine,(better lower than higher) sometimes you can swap rectifier tubes to get the final Bplus voltage closer to spec. Different rectifiers have differing voltage drops under load.
