This is one of those barn sales that take place every weekend. It's down the road from me, but it's usually full of flea market/low-end items. It actually had service possibly in the '50's-'60's with several replaced tubes. It was an easy fix and plays as a AA5 should. Amazing that it has no heat burns. It looks like an estate sale find and, no doubt, stored indoors. It had a very dull darkened finish, but Novus made it shine.
Kevin - excuse the photo. Without the flash and it came out pretty dark. The flash on my old camera is sometimes a bit too much. Yeah, we actually get a lot of sunny days here actually on the Island, but a fair share of gloomy days and blustery winds too. Not near as bad here as new England.
