The 17 inchers were called that but this one is a 19 inch!
Don't recall seeing one before.

It says "Briefcase 19" in the corner, guess that's what they called it?

don't know then. I've never seen a 19." Perhaps our resident philco expert and answer the question.

Briefcase 19 is correct. That was the last of the briefcase series portables. There were two versions; one with three IF stages and a later one with two. They were all good products for the time.
