Mine have "Made in Hong Kong" written on the back. I believe it must be at least relatively old, because the pictures of New York are in black and white, and they seem to have been taken in the 50's , at least the picture of Times Square.
Also, my father said that when he travelled to New York for the first time in 1967, those types of souvenirs were quite common.
