I do not recognize the readings. The CR 70 has fixed g2. The cutoff is set with a variable control that I assume produces a specified cathode current. Under full emissions test g1 is raised and the tube is good if the cathode current tracks the increase in bias. The CR 70 is largely a go / nogo tester. It does have an aging test, which measures the drop in emissions with reduced heater voltage. A good tube will drop very little.
Relevant measurements would be the position for RGB of the g1 in the cutoff set mode, and the cathode current in emissions test.
