Excellent. With your pin 2 and pin 3 readings that low, I wouldn't think a NOS CRT would glow much. It might very well be fine.

Got the schematic, found the voltages off the 25Z6 were 40 volts low.
I clipped the leads to C1 and jumped in a couple new caps and viola, the B+ popped up to normal and the sound started coming in loud and clear!

I can tune a picture too but the tube is so shot you can only see it in a dark room and only if you keep the brightness down to half, anything higher than that and the tube goes negative, pretty much acts just like a bad 7JP4 does.

I have 22 volts on pin 2 of the crt and 80-175 on pin 3 depending on the brightness setting.

Got this screen shot from the Pilot.
The room was totally dark, flash off, Macro on, DVD paused.

Funny thing, the picture was barely legible to the eye but the camera enhanced it so much it actually looks good!

The red spots are from the camera.
