I don't know what it is but some mail order colleges like NRI had kits for the students to build at home. You could build your own radio and tv receivers and test equipment. Or it could be a Heathkit.

If this is an NRI it is very valuable to at least someone. I had a home made NRI chassis with a 3" screen (i think). I don't even know what it did. It had a separate power supply chassis and nothing else. A guy from California sent me $800 sight unseen for mine. I couldnt believe it.

The bid is staying low on this. Could be a super find.........

I bet many were tossed after people never got them to work or gave up on the course.

it almost reminds me of the 1954 crosley 402 chassis , in tube layout , but the flyback on the 402 is under the chassis , and this has newer parts than the 402 . interesting , Conar perhaps?
