Non-Digital = useless?

There are two versions of all digital in the cable world. Where I work we are all digital for customers that have digital equipment but we still have 60 plus analog channels. Yes we have turned off some of the basic analog cable channels but those channels are now used for HD programming. The other version is when the system has converted to only digital no analog.
