Where's Syl??

Hello;
Just wondering if anyone here has any information on the whereabouts of a certain Sylvain (Syl) Vanier of Quebec, Canada. "Syl" is a very smart guy, a very nice guy, and an excellent rebuilder of many things...including crystal and early magnetic cartridges, and early radios and phonographs.

I've attempted to contact Syl several times over the past few months and his e-mail address is no longer working, and his web site "Syl's Old Radioz" is off line or gone.

He was going to be making a major move sometime last Summer, but I did hear from him once after the move had occurred. I believe that was in September, but now it seems that he's missing in action.

Does anyone have any information about him or his location?

He's still in Montreal, but says that for the time being, personal issues have kept him away from his radio and phono rebuild interests.

My own opinion is that when he sorts some stuff out he will be back. At least I sincerely hope so.

Last time I looked at his site, (last week) he has a "holder" page up and that's it.
