That really could be quite a deal if there's anything there at all. Of course, the right catalin tombstone, and that'll cover double the purchase price, but I'm assuming the seller would know better.

If somebody wanted to spend the next couple of years fixin' & flippin', you sure wouldn't have any problem filling your evenings and weekends!
