Setchell-Carlson test jig
Here's a test jig that our "lollipop" guy is selling minus tube.

I had a chance to buy the exact same item from a guy that had it advertised on ARC in 1997, It was supposedly nos and he wanted 100.00 for it. Hmmm...

Probably, It is sandblasted on using a stencil from what I remember.
