Admiral Experts?

EDIT: Okay, got this Admiral P14D11 with Chassis 16H running now. Finally figured out where the red yoke lead broke off of. Have sound, good raster, and a barely perceptible rolling bar. Just barely.

So then I got to looking, and the center of the contrast pot goes to a terminal (blue wire below) but nothing else connects to it. And check out the yellow wire, things do go to that terminal, but what's with the loops on blue and yellow? Someone hack out a key part here?

And without a schem I'm up a creek. Series string set, tubes test good.
