Question What TV set is this?

Any idea what TV this is? It must be 1955 or earlier since it was on The Honeymooners.

It's a CBS-Columbia from about 1952.

I'll be... Looks like you're right. It looks very similar to the one in the dealer brochure at tvhistory.

Have you seen one in real life?

Although it started on the Du Mont Network, wasn't 'The Honeymooners' a CBS show by that time?

Yes, "The Honeymooners" was on CBS. So it stands to reason the set in the show would be a CBS-Columbia receiver.

I have one similiar, maybe even the same. I haven't paid much attention to it lately. Metal cabinet; its unique feature is a sticker on the back promoting an add-on CBS color adaptor.
