Know anything about this Zenith?

I just saw this Zenith on CL and was wondering about how old it is and any other info I might need to know. $100 sounds high; but, maybe I can get them down. We can only hope.....

It's a mid 50's Zenith, nice set when it's working.
$100 is a little high IMO unless it's mint and the CRT is good or it's a Space Command which I don't think it is..

I always wanted one of these but they were either priced to high or wasnt within driving distance to go and pick up.

This is from the year of the Flash-Matic (but it isn't one) which I think was 1956 or so. Note that I've had bad luck with Zenith/Rauland 21" picture tubes from the fifties. They always seem to be weak or dead.

I can't find a home at all for my 1958 24" (like new crt) Space Command that looks very similar to this set. I do agree that a C note is too high...

Too bad I'm not closer, I'd snatch it up in a heartbeat!
