Rca......

This would be my first venture into the TV world.
Should I run.....or run away?

I'd grab it. It's only $5, and it looks quite old. Most likely a tube TV.

Take it before I grab it!! Just kidding, I'd be tossed out of my apartment if I'd brought anything else home!

If it's a cheap or reasonably cheap repair, go for it.

If it's not.....(I'm gonna get in shit for this).....makes a neat aquarium.

Hey Matt,

I'm going to make arrangements to pick it up tonight.
I'm clueless when it comes to these things.
Any help you may be able to offer would be great!!

Just picked it up......kinda dirty and missing one knob.
He says it has a horizontal issue, whatever that is.
Oh well....gives me something to tinker with.

I also got a Stewart Warner 9000-B tube powered table to radio for $5.

A 1958 RCA 14 inch portable b/w tv. Its similar to the one shown in the early Lavern and Shirley tv episodes. These are nice sets as i have two. The standard like the one discussed here and the deluxe model with fancier handle and trim.
