RCA on eBay
I saw this combo on eBay. The TV has been replaced with a newer model, but still has the original remote.

I will admit that it was a very well done mod. Normally you just see someone shove a set with its cabinet attached into the cabinet. Looks like they actually attached the front of that quasar to the cabinet. Judging by the age of the set I would guess it was originally a CTC-12 or 15. Maybe someone has a better idea?
