This is called learn as you go along. There is a parallel path that will throw of my test. I did not know that this could happen. Also I "assumed" that resistors that were fine a few months ago would not drift. I replaced one in the horiz circuit and now the picture is where it should be on the screen. Problem solved. Thanks everyone!
