I spoke to this crazy person.

She claimed she paid $700 but wanted $280. I said no way and offered her $50.

She refused. Must have no sense of humor.

This and/or very similar Motorolas do astonishingly well in eBay auctions. They easily bid above $200. If she proved the CRT etc are good that would increase the likelihood of getting closer to 3.

I have both this model and the consolette version. Its a fairly easy chassis to restore. I was lucky in that the crt's tested almost new in both of mine.

I have no idea what it is worth but I did get a chuckle out of the all original lamps. I am guessing that someone who calls them lamps probably doesn't have any idea whether they are original. :O
