Never seen one... But not a bad idea. That would have been a great idea for hotel sets, business conference rooms, and for any place where they might need a quick in-'n'-out repair without bumping & banging around and having to pull the whole set out. The cost shouldn't have been too bad, as long as the replacements were rebuilts with a core charge exchange.
