Admiral 19A15 Knobs

Hi i have a Admiral 19A15 can anyone help.
heres my problem the Channel slector knob the tip of it is broken what type of glue can i use to glue it back together can i use 5 min apoxey type or will it melt the knob or do you know what type of glue i can use crazy glue no good
can anyone please help.

I've used a little crazy glue just to hold it in place followed by epoxy in the past. Those knobs take a lot of abuse though so maybe some reinforcement with J.B. Weld on the back would be a good idea.
