Got this today, have not opened it up but it looks nice and was told the CRT tested good, got it from a local collector.

will be pulling chassis to see how it looks, but the outside is excellant, and from what I have seen the inside looks fine as well

yep and the wood cabinet is in very good condtion. I will prob start on this one and put off the RCA 8t-241 which had all the cabinet issues, all I did on that one was pull the chassis and check the CRT (very good).

Yep. Me likey ! But in all honesty, there's not many of these "Veterans" that I DON'T like...Pretty sure I could fill up the building where they build 747s w/old TVs 'n' radios...It'd be fun to try anyway, wouldn't it ? (grin)

Be careful, some of the paint that is on the FRONT of the glass can be fragile... I got a little carried away in cleaning and this happened.

That's a nice Moto! Very attractive! Yeah, Motorola sets usually have that copper thing going on for their chassis.

I'm working on a Moto set that looks like the same chassis in an upright case. Very unusual chassis with all of the HV components under the chassis.
Lots of wax paper caps but most are easy to get to.
