Apparently uses at least a few tubes, but the detent UHF tuner places it in the 70s.

I have one of these, I believe it only uses three tubes, the rest are transistors and ICs (which are all in sockets, not soldered). It looks like the set was made right at the transition to all solid state, it has both the solid state "no user serviceable parts" warning and the tube "interlock" warning in different places on the cabinet.
You can actually open this set with no tools, the two clips that hold on the power cord come off the the top of the case some off.
