Try Google Image search - it's advanced mode lets you select what primary color to search - red, in your instance. Also, radios of the era were "Plaskon," "Styrene" or Bakelite. Try those variations as well.
If it's a 5 tube A-A, search on it's complement of tubes - 50C5, 50L6, 35W4, etc, or whatever it may have had. That might also turn up something. Hope this helps,
