Cool - good luck.
I picked up replacements for the electrolytics and will pop them in and give it another try soon.

After downloading the schematic and actually reading the thing, I saw I was only measuring voltages incorrectly. This set has a split B+/B- scheme to provide a variety of voltages to the set. Measuring from B- instead of chassis ground gave me the proper voltages, including HV, which bumped up to 12KV. While doing initial measurements, one of the electrolytic replacements was found to be bad as well.

I still did not have a raster, but fooling with the ion trap took care of that. I guess I've never needed to mess around with a double pole magnet before, as this one is very touchy about where it is placed, almost an all or nothing situation.

So now I'm up to dialing in a picture. My rf modulator seems to overload this tv, much like it did the Admiral I just worked on. This set also uses a contrast control as an antenna attenuator as well-I wonder if sets with this design just don't like modulators. At best, I can dial in a smeary, low contrast image with low sound. I basically have to detune the whole set to achieve this. Voltages are all normal, so I guess it will be onto tube swapping and signal injection next...
