If you can post some pictures of the tuning and related buttons, I or someone else may be able to give you some ideas of how to set up the tuner. Before you go too far with that in any case, though, remember that there is almost no NTSC broadcasting left in the USA, and it is also going away from most cable-TV systems if it has not done so already; do you know that you have analog signals available where you are?
