oouuh ah. two minutes. that's short notice. I guess if everything was set up and ready it would work. How about cutting it in case one puts too much in and what about removing it once it arrives at it's destination? anybody who received one complain that it was hard to take off?

If you wrap the item in a bag, you won't have much problems. The stuff sets up fast. I used to put some in the bottom first, let it foam up, then right before it sets set the item in, then mix some and pour around the sides.
You can cut it easily. You can score it with a knife and break it, like styrofoam.
I use this stuff when I refoam RV refrigerator cooling units. Some of the expansion rates are 30 to 1. Once you start using it, you get the hang on how much to use. Whatever you mix it in is trash after your done. Very large paper cups work good.
