Uline.com didn't show any expanding foam products but I did find some on ebay called instapak Quick RT. 36/ per carton for 110.08. That's $3.00 per pack, probablly would need 3 or4 at most for a 19" CRT. Not bad cost wise considering the protection.
I think there's an Air Bag system available too that would probably get close to the same protection but I still like the solid foam better.

The stuff from U.S. Composites is way cheaper than that. To do a crt you would need their 1 quart kit.
