Definitely leaving the UK. One report says it's going to the USA. Otherwise no information.

£16800 includes buyers premium so the hammer price was £14K. After sellers premium and VAT the vendor will get about £11500 (approx $18400).

For comparison Steve Ostler's 702 in perfect restored condition sold for £10200 on ebay recently. 2 other 702s, both needing work have also sold recently. The 702 in the Bennett-Levy auction, September 2009, was £5500 and one changed hands privately recently for £6000.
