TV collection on NJ CL, cheap!
Thought I'd post it.....I'd grab them up as long as I was in the area, but no way I'd have the room....looks like a Philco 48-1001 and a Crosley 630 clone there too.....

Great deal, even if they are only good for parts!
I see one of these in that picture.

I was there a couple months ago , the 48-1001 is rough , the speaker area looks like the speaker was removed and a fist applied from the inside out , so those little pieces of wood would have to be recrafted , the croslry clone the cloth is worn and needs replacing and cabinet refinished , knobs missing from most they might be inside the sets or burried under the sets , theres an emerson 650 that might clean up , a crosley i think with a plastic reverse painted front, some early 50's sets around 52 / 53 / era , a metal i think rca that might clean up nice , a couple later 50's , one is an interesting admiral but the picture tube is necked ... i'd go for them or would have gone for them but no room , that rca console might use a 16AP4 or whatever that number is , picture tubes i know there is a 10bp4 that might be good , a 12lp4 that is weak but a brightener or beltron would help it , might be more then one 10BP4 , also a 17bp4 and i forgot what other crts.... if someone in the area has a way to transport them and doesn't want them all contact me and we could work something out , mainly interested in the crosley reverse painted screen not the crosley 630 clone , and maybe the emerson 650 , or maybe one of the later 52 -53 -54 era set , or if you could transport almost all but not all i could fit about 3 to 4 table sets in the car , maybe 5 if i pushed it, there is / was a nice but water damaged probably beyond repair dumont console with that 19" round tube.

If someone buys the lot and by a miracle it includes a strong 17AP4 tube, I'd be happy to buy it. (Not interested in a 17BP4; that's what I'm currently using and it's too long for my cabinet.)

Well, tell you what.....if one of you wants to call the guy and score something, I'll be kinda in the sorta general area on Sunday, headed back to Buffalo. Not going to have room for a lot, but I can easily carry a picture tube or maybe a small set if you want to strike a deal with him. Not planning on actually going there, but it's not too far out of reach to help out one of my VK friends
. I'll toss my B&K picture tube tester in the car just in case.I'm gonna be away from the computer and packing up, etc, but my cell is (315)879-1131 if anyone needs to reach me over the next day or two on this.

Problem is he wants someone to take it all , now if two or three people were to meet there and get it all out i'm sure he would be happy but he doesn't want to have some go or almost all he wants it all to go.
