Hello I have one of those deluxe black and whites I scored from the convention 2 years ago and it is still sitting unrestored will get it done soon a friend of mine hopefully help post pictures for me soon...

It is a fuse but not sure if its on the cathode or what I have a friend sending me a schematic I will have to see.
