Oops, I accidentally bought a Predicta.

Well buying it wasn't accidental but I did goof as to where it was located.

I forgot San Jose is located up north, I guess I could have cancelled but figured someone would outbid me, but no, not when you really want them to they don't.

Oh well, it's a Debutant model, the low end one with no tube supports or even an antenna.
Looks good except the cabinet needs repainted, CRT lights up and looks like it should be useable.

I hope to drive up and get it next weekend.

At least it wasn't in Eureka or Bodega bay etc. San Jose is not too bad. At least it's a nice drive. Round trip in a day.
Do you know the way to San Jose?, La la la la la la la la la laaaaah. Yeah, I'm odd.

Yes. "Highway 880." Well, from my house, at least.

Eric, maybe we can meet for lunch or something while you are up this way. Let me know. I enjoy meeting other TV collectors, and Hilliard, Ohio is too far away for me right now.

But, drinking sounds like a good idea, too. Just don't go on Ebay afterward!

the CRT screen shot reminded me of the solar system police man "Gort" from the "the day the earth stood still".
