Actually come to think of it.. I've seen people do some weird things for movie props.. The original knobs and tuner were probably gutted out when they found the TV set for the movie, so they robbed knobs off another TV from somewhere and taped or glued them on.. One of those knobs are in place of where the power/volume would be.. I kinda doubt this was an actual model as far as knob placement is concerned..
