Model 12-S-569 per radio attic archives. Missing the steering wheel knob just like my 6S656 was. I'll check into this and maybe..

A check of the schematic, it has 12 tubes!! 5 of them are 6J5 with two of the infamous 6X5, I hope the tranny is good yet (crossed fingerz)
