RCA "Factory Overhaul"

I just noticed this sticker on the 21" RCA I brought home last weekend, it's a states that the set was overhauled by factory trained technicians using genuine RCA parts.
I'm guessing that was when the CRT was replaced, 3-21-1964.

I worked on several of those RCA's, that had leaky caps in the horizontal and vertical circuit, rather early in their life.
The vertical hold wouldn't lock in the center of the pot rotation or the linearity was off really bad.
I hoped they addressed these problems in this so-called overhaul.
Also, those wonderful 21AP4's, that always seemed to be weak.
