Please help me try to find this RCA Victor record player!

I've been trying to find one of these record players for about 20 years, but I don't know the model number, nor do I have a picture of it. This was the best I could come up with. Would anyone be able to help me figure out a model number, and possibly a picture for it so that I can begin my search? I did a rough drawing in Paint as a reference.....

My parents bought this with their wedding money in 1957. It had this evil eye looking thing in the upper right corner that used to scare the living hell out of me when I was little, and of course I want one

It had a foldout speaker on the left, and had no radio. I'd even take anything close. Hell, I'd even love to have one of those evil eyes!

Something in the back of my mind is telling me it was an RP-12, but I'll say that's not it because I can't find any info on that model.

I looked it up in SAMS. They show a PR21.
The folder shows a number of models with different cabinets and different model numbers. One model also has an AM-FM tuner. There is two amplifier versions. One has single-ended 6BQ5's and the other SE 6V6's.
