Odds are with a proper recap it will be a decent set. Not having looked at the tube layout on my Majestic in 2-4 years I can say that they appear to have the same tube compliment/chassis design. Unless there were magetic centering rings on the yoke cover it is no major loss......Just don't touch the terminals under the cover when it's on, and don't touch the focus coil housing to them thereby shorting them to ground (the sweep system will be unhappy if you do).
