I've got a Rebuilt MAK002A and MAK003A, not compatible with your set. You need either an A suffix, or a C suffix.
My Sams 1365 set is missing the RCA folder - MIA, but probably here somewhere. TekFax starts at CTC53-60-62, no CTC58. My streak has ended...
