It looks Russian, or Eastern European (guessing by the fact that it uses Sanskrit writing on it and the fact that the brand is Leningrad which is a refrence to the capitol of Russia during the days of Vladmir Lenin (who was the one who was responsible for the Russian Revolution and the overthrow of the Romanov Dynasty in Russia, that is also the city that is now known as St. Petersburg, Russia and was known as St. Petersburg prior to the Russian Revolution.) Other than that I've got nothing, an interesting piece for sure.
