Thanks for the info, jr tech. It's greatly appreciated. I tried using the Sencore NTSC generator without the BNC cable, but all I got was colorful static. The B&K 470 works perfectly, but the 467 has problems. Which is a shame because I really like that tester. The meters are not reading correctly. Two of the meters read way too high, and one is very jittery. The CR143 doesn't work at all so I've been told.
