So.... In other words, DON'T go looking to snare Radio Nibi-Nibi at high noon in N. America.. That's somethin' we oughta start here- A list of your weirdest, most unusual DX catches over the years. MW, FM, SW, whatever, & what you picked it up on.. And TRY not to "Lie" too much about it.. About 10-15 yrs ago, I had a JVC CX-500 US which was a "All-In-Wonder"-AM/FM. cassette, & 4.5" color set. This was March/ maybe early April. Hooked it up to an FM antenna mounted on my granny's apartment, the FM band was SOLID one end to another. I was getting stations from Atlanta, all the way to Roanoke, Virginia. But where that antenna was, it was a pretty straight shot down to Atlanta, & the other direction to Roanoke. We'll generally have a couple days in the spring like that where DX is UNREAL, & maybe another few in the Fall like them. Back then, I didn't have any of my "Heavy Iron", I only wonder what COULD I have picked up if I'd had the hardware back then..
