The 21CT55 is really closer to a CT-100 than a CTC-4. The 55 was a 100 with circuit mods to drive a 21" electromagnetically converged CRT, and a different cabinet. The 4 had a completely different 'simplified' chassis and tuner from a CTC-2 family set.

Someone probably has one...I recently stumbled on spare knobs for my 4 and part of the channel selector knob for a ct-100 (no they do not look like the one you have) in a random lot of knobs.
