My friend's radio started to develop an annoyance. Turning on the radio is normal for a valve set except... Radio powers on with half value for approximately 15 minutes when the volume comes to normal levels. Turning the volume knob makes no difference until the set is thoroughly warmed up. The 6F6 was subbed making no difference. What's wrong?
