So your video source is "letterboxed" 16:9 format? Or perhaps 16:9 format squished to 4:3 (as some of the sub channels do)?
What is the source of the oreo picture ?

The Oreo is from a commercial on Hulu. I have my Roku box set to 4:3 aspect ratio.
