Well i went ahead and pulled the chassis. This set is Canadian made. All Capacitors including electrolytics are printed Made in Canada. (3-49), the paper caps don't have a date code. The built in radio section has it's own wire wound antenna. I'm still scratching my head about the picture tube. It looks like it is 14EP4 but it is so blurry, i can't be sure. It measures 17" long, 12 1/2" wide and 9 1/2" high. Diagonally it measures 14", The picture tube is also made in Canada (Windsor,.. of all places). I don't think anyone has been in the set to change any capacitors, they all look original. The picture tube number is on the bottom and any trace of original stickers other than the top one are gone.
