That car looks to be a 1940 Lincoln.

I saw a 1949 Studebaker and a 1949 Buick. Those were the latest model cars I could see. Therefore I believe the film was made in 1949 or 1950.

...or late 1948. The Big Three had a gentleman's agreement in place that sales of the new model year would start on October 1 of the year prior. This very well could have been shot sometime in October, November or December of 1948.

I'm going with the earlier date too. The RCA sign with the 721 would've looked dated by '49. They had a slew of totally new sets by then. Not as pretty as the earlier one's for sure, but with larger screens and more modern squarer cabinets that the public wanted.

That online version was ridiculously cropped and sped-up as well.

Reminded me of an old Benny Hill Show sketch, though I don't know where to find that sketch.
