Photo of mirror-in-the-lid pre-war Philco proto TV

I've seen this early proto Philco in other pictures. It looks like one of the later '30's models as the earlier ones looked like standard Philco console radios. I would suspect none of these have survived.

I don't recall seeing the camera before. And palm trees? None of them at their plant in N. Philadelphia. Where was this?

Wow! I'd just love to see a photo of it. It's such a piece of TV history. I just don't get why some collectors won't even post an anonymous photo of a rare set.

While not a lot of detail, those are contemporary pictures of the set in the ETF link.
