The 4730 pictured above was 21" and uses a power transformer. I own one. IIRC it uses the same 10L43 chassis that drives the 17" debutante sets.

All the non-swivel top Predictas have power transformers. Like the full dress, Ms American and corner sets.
You don't hear them talked about much but they are Predictas too and use similar chassis inside.

My Princess turns about 350 degrees, but my Holiday seems to be only able to turn about 45 degrees in each direction. IIRC, when I was repairing it, i turned the tube around to the rear to make adjustments, but I don’t remember what I did to enable full travel.

Same 350 on my debutante. To enable full rotation loosten the rear set screw...IIRC some sets you also have to lift and turn.
