Dumont RA 103C
Finally getting around to redoing a Doghouse that I picked up several years ago. I started recapping it, and came accross C9, I'm not 100% sure on what it is. It's listed as a capacitor, but has values like an inductor. It's listed at 1.5ohms, 60hz, 4v. Thoughts?

That's close to 1800uF according to this calculator. https://www.electro-tech-online.com/...calculator.php
In the 40's capacitances over 500uF had such wide tolerances it was more accurate to rate a large capacitance by its impedance at a frequency than by capacitance.

I figured it was something like that as I found the sprague equivalent listed in the manual was 2000mfd. Thanks for the info
