Working Predicta's in The Netherlands

Here in the Netherlands two well-functioning Philco Predictas, a Holiday and Princess. After replacing a few tubes and capacitors again a picture. These Philcos came to Europe via Canada. Here 230 volts converted to 110 volts, also work fine at 50Hz with 625 lines using a 4.5 MHz modulator.
Below the links to the Philco's

Two very nice sets, congratulations! I have a Holiday similar to yours, that I'm having trouble making work as well as yours does. All sorts of geometry problems and instability.

Have you tried making these work with their native 60/525 signal?

Hi Marcel!
Thanks for sharing!
Do you live in Rosmalen? In the 80s I went offen to the car shows at the AUTOTRON.
Have to visit this place again to buy some jukebox parts, once.

I love that dutch TV station with the yellow rolling record arm/player.
Last year I visited somebody at Rozenburg, city of Bonnie St. Claire, to buy many old TV guides.
Didn`t wanna go home because I loved to watch that station the hole day!
There is a similar channel with old stuff, too.
I bought me a Golden Earring DVD and 4 double-DVDs with TopPop clips, still have stuff from 1981 up,
self-recorded on VHS, TopPop and Nederland Muziekland.
But that station is brilliant, would like to receive it in Germany, or getting recordings from it!
Are you able to record clips from that stations?

Happy weekend!

The television works best on 625 lines 50Hz if the power supply is also 50Hz, with power supply 50Hz and picture 60Hz the image will vibrate. With 525 lines, the image is smaller in height. Left photo 625 lines 50 Hz, right photo 525 lines 60 Hz

That's right, I live in Rosmalen. The TV channel is 192TV, this channel can also be found on the internet, but is not free. https://192tv.tv/ It can also be received and recorded on local tv cable.
