CTC-5 part needed

I need a Burst Amplifier transformer. RCA pt no. 102250. New or used is fine. Super model, not deluxe. I know it's a long shot but who knows

Have you considered rebuilding it? I had the quadrature transformer fail on my Zenith (crumbled from heat). I found an appropriate new horizontal oscillator coil of appropriate core dimensions, removed the windings and after dismantling and carefully copying the Zenith quad coil, remade it on the new core and it worked great! Similarly remade all the IF coils for an RCA CTC11 and re-aligned it and it worked great.

Might be the best thing to do. (Besides as an interesting diversion, it was fun).

Try both of Moyer's stores too, they have different stock at each. Good luck, I would try that first!

My Zenith 24NC31Z quad coil was toast. It crumbled with heat. It was a fairly critical part because it determined the quadrature subcarier phase and the number of turns and coupling were critical. I had the good fortune and presence of mind to study the crumbled mess and carefully count the number of turns of the primary and secondary and the coupling. As it was resonating at 3.58MHz, there weren't many turns and I simply rewound it on a fresh (stripped) former. The former's previous life was a horizonatal oscilator coil!
Worked a treat.

If yours is really bad, that may be a problem. But A burst coil is pretty basic and many sets used the generic circuit. FYI I see a coil available which you may be able to adapt.

The thing is that CTC5 parts may show up. But considering the age, this may be the simpler solution.

I can probably make a 105251 part from a CTC-7 work
